    Load shedding is defined “ the process in which less power is supplied to an area which results in increase of serious problems in a society”. Anyhow, it is one of the burning issues of most of the areas in Pakistan including Turbat. The utmost load shedding is turning into misery for the citizens. It brings an interpose in all sphere of life. Furthermore, it is not just a blockage in the development of a country even a nonstop problem which is out of control by the entire politicians of past and present of the country. Everyday there are several of inaccurate statements of the government by encouraging and promising the public for the prevention of load shedding. However, no attention has brought by the government, instead of that problems are increasing rapidly and creating various difficulties for the society.

    One can find numerous reasons behind load shedding, for instance; dearth of power generation, secondly due to extreme cold weather and demand of power at the time. According to ADB (Asian Development Bank) , almost one forth of energy is being used by home widget get lose. The reason behind this shortage of energy is the utilization of old appliances, which need energy in a large amount for proper functioning. According to RAFTAAR (Research and advocacy for the development of allied reform) the foremost causation of power deficiency is careless usage of electricity. In fact, another research conducted by RAFTAAR states that the domestic machines devour 25% of energy and 17% can be preserved due to animation protection.

    Since in this modern era most of the basic facilities are dependent on electricity. People are facing numerous problems, mostly students. Students are extremely catalyzed, they are unable to study because of the load shedding. It does not only discourage them from reading and writing but, bends the complete roots of gaining knowledge from internet and other technical sources. Secondly, water which is one of the most important elements, due to the electricity we are deprived of that.

    This is such a mystery, which is growing gradually instead of being reduced. Due to which people are in harsh condition. So, to overwhelm the lake of power RAFTAAR has introduced to initiate using UPS and generators. According to RAFTAAR, guesstimated rate of UPS used in houses is same as the population of Balochistan. And in marketable corridor, organizations have presented generations. Thus, these are the solutions estimated by the organizations for precluding of load shedding. In a nut shell, it is quite clear that lack of power is an immense problem being increased by the passage of time. So, I would like to request the authorities of Turbat and the government to take some sort of slid actions for the preclusion of load shedding.
